Corner Family Clinic is a private medical provider practice based in Richfield Minnesota. Our health clinic provides accessible medical and mental health services with an emphasis on preventive, wellness, chronic, and several medical/mental health services. We aim to make high quality care accessible to individuals facing numerous barriers to care: with consideration to health literacy, busy lifestyle, diverse background, immigrants, underinsured, and uninsured.

Corner Family Clinic provides both medical and mental Health Services. We provide telemedicine and clinic appointment services which include; on-site visits. Our Mission is to compassionately serve, provide high quality patient-centered care, and encourage our clients to take charge of their health to reach an optimal level of wellbeing. Corner Family Clinic prides itself in bridging the barriers preventing people from accessing healthcare services. One of such barriers is the high cost of accessing healthcare by uninsured/underinsured persons. Corner Family Clinic aims to targets this barrier through the provision of Direct Primary Care Services to its enrolled clients.
